Agreement to Terms

By using the services of ClearSense Socorro Pool Services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our services.

Services Provided

We provide professional pool cleaning and maintenance services in Socorro, TX and surrounding areas. Our services include weekly pool cleaning, one-time deep cleaning, green pool treatment, filter cleaning, equipment repairs, tile cleaning, pool opening and closing, and inspection services.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel scheduled appointments if we determine that conditions are unsafe or if the work requested is beyond the scope of our expertise.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. We'll do our best to accommodate your schedule, but weather conditions or emergencies may require us to reschedule as well.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time services are completed unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For weekly service contracts, payment is due monthly on the date specified in your service agreement.

Late payments may be subject to a late fee. If your account becomes more than 30 days past due, we may suspend service until payment is received.

Property Access

You agree to provide our technicians with safe and clear access to your pool area during scheduled service times. This includes ensuring gates are unlocked or providing access codes, and that pets are secured. If we're unable to access your property, the visit may be counted as a completed service appointment.

Liability and Insurance

ClearSense Socorro Pool Services carries general liability insurance to protect both our business and your property. However, we're not responsible for pre-existing damage to pool equipment, plumbing, or property that's discovered during our service.

While we take great care with your property, you agree that our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided on the date any damage occurs.

Service Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not satisfied with a service we've provided, please let us know within 48 hours and we'll make it right. However, we can't guarantee specific results for issues that depend on factors outside our control, such as weather, water chemistry changes between visits, or equipment malfunctions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we'll post the updated terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
